Ingredients:
Sugar
Egg yolks
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Salt
Cream
Milk
Pumpkin puree
Maple syrup
Start by mixing sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, spices, and salt together in a large mixing bowl
In a medium-size saucepan, whisk together the milk and heavy cream, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. Cook over medium-low heat until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
Ladle pumpkin mixture into sugar and yolk mixture; whisk.
